Aromatherapy

The cool thing about perfume and cologne is that you can change it based on your mood. If you want to send a message that you want to be more girly, wear a more flowery scent. There are so many ways that you can portray your personality through your particular perfume or cologne. Just don’t go overboard. Less is always better.

Also it is possible to change your mood with different scents through aromatherapy. Lavender and jasmine are great for helping relieve stress by helping with relaxation. Lemon can help you stay alert and basil can help increase your concentration. So start using these to do better in your classes!!

Reed diffusers are a great way to incorporate these smells subtly in your room or house. They make great gift ideas and can make a cute fashion statement too.

That is so true! I love adding a perfume that matches the way I feel. Usually when I feel like I want to look nice, I wear Kenneth Cole 'Reaction.' It's smells so good and it really makes a difference about how I feel about myself that day! Crazy I know.
I didn't know that lemon scent made you stay alert. I really need some of that so I can study some more!

Using scents to change our mood is much better than to use it to announce your mood, especially the bad moods (sadness, loneliness, angry, etc). Using it to enhance our good mood is even better.
You do not need to use scents to announce your bad moods, your aura already sending a very strong signal.
Find out which one suit you the best. And most important of all, beware of allergy. Always, tried it before applying it to our delicate skin.
